About Me

Hi, I am Angelika - Health advocate, entrepreneur, yoga & meditation teacher, body worker.

Through work as well as my own healing journey I have come across so many wonderful health tools, teachings and knowledge that I simply have to share these with the world. My mission: empowering people to live their healthiest and happiest version of life.

While I love teaching clients about prevention, I am partiularly passionate about supporting people living with chronic illnesses through self care tips, stress management and meditation techniques.

Being a travel addict, I am blessed to host classes, workshops and private sessions in different places around the world - stay connected on facebook here and/or sign up to my newsletter to find out about current projects and events.
